Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator & Support Consultant to provide reliable, ongoing administrative and operational support for labor union clients. This role focuses on the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and incremental improvement of client Salesforce orgs — with emphasis on Flow automation, QA, and MuleSoft Composer integration support.
The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce admin skills and a service-oriented mindset to support labor organizations in their use of Salesforce for membership management, organizing, and general communications. You will work closely with client stakeholders and report directly to the Director of Solutions and Data Architecture/Expert Services Manager to ensure client systems are stable, effective, and aligned with best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration & End-User Support
- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and page layouts across multiple client orgs.
- Respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, and resolve errors related to reports, dashboards, record updates, and data workflows.
- Deploy and support third party integrations into Salesforce like Formstack and DocuSign.
- Maintain system documentation and provide user training and guidance as needed.
Flow Automation Management
- Monitor and update existing Salesforce Flows, ensuring they align with evolving client needs and business logic.
- Troubleshoot Flow errors and implement safe updates following internal QA protocols.
- Create minor enhancements or new Flows to support use cases such as onboarding, grievance tracking, dues reconciliation, and event follow-ups.
QA & Data Quality
- Perform functional testing on new or updated features before deployment.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for changes, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Assist clients with data imports, cleansing, de-duplication, and validations to maintain data accuracy.
MuleSoft Composer Support
- Monitor MuleSoft Composer integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (e.g., email tools, dues systems).
- Troubleshoot data sync issues and coordinate fixes with the Director of Solutions and Data Architecture as needed.
- Support minor updates to integration flows, including field mappings and conditional logic.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certified with 2–4 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Proficient with Salesforce Flow Builder and other declarative tools (e.g., validation rules, formula fields).
- Basic familiarity with MuleSoft Composer or other low-code integration platforms.
- Strong communication and client support skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple client orgs and prioritize support tasks in a service-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with labor unions, advocacy groups, or mission-driven organizations.
- Experience with DocuSign and Formstack integrations.
- Familiarity with union-specific workflows such as member intake, grievance handling, and event registration.
- Exposure to ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk) and sandbox/change set management.
- Comfortable collaborating remotely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
