Title: Labor Relations Representative
Reports to: President and Regional Director
Staff Category: Full-time, professional field position

Qualifications:
Labor Relations Representative – Five (5) or more years of related experience as a union representative or experience in labor relations preferred. Public sector experience a plus. Experienced in handling grievances and working with bargaining units. Negotiating background preferred. Excellent computer skills. Four (4) year degree preferred. Valid driver’s license.

Compensation/Benefits:
Salary range for this position is based on the candidate’s relevant and verifiable professional experience and qualifications. ($80,000 to $110,000) Excellent benefit package: health, dental, vision, life insurance, auto allowance/gas expense, disability, 401K and paid sick/vacation/personal time.

Position Summary:
Provide service to membership. Involved in communications, negotiations, handling grievances and organizing activities. Represent local bargaining unit membership in all employment related issues.
