Position Description:
Law clerks work closely with in-house attorneys to produce legal research and writing on important worker issues, involving labor, employment, civil rights, and other laws impacting worker and union advocacy. Clerks’ legal work supports active organizing campaigns, collective bargaining objectives, and federal and state legislative advocacy. Clerks also assist in advising decision-makers, including officers and staff for both the International Union and affiliated local unions.
