Deputy Chief Counsel

California School Employees Association (CSEA) is recruiting for a Deputy Chief Counsel. CSEA is proud to represent more than 250,000 classified employees in California public schools and community colleges.

CSEA has approximately 300 employees who work in 12 offices throughout California. This position reports to the Chief Counsel, and co-manages four attorneys, a paralegal and two administrative employees. This position is open due to a promotion.

CSEA, based in San Jose, offers outstanding salary and benefits including defined benefit pension, 4 weeks’ vacation, 12 sick/personal days, and 18 paid holidays per year.
