Winning the Workplace
New Organizers
(an on-ramp for gaining organizing experience)
Based in the SF Bay Area, CA
Winning the Workplace is fighting for the fair treatment of working people and better conditions for all. We believe in long-term multi-issue coalition building and grassroots base-building as the foundation for building a worker’s movement. We are targeting large corporate employers like Amazon and Starbucks whose workplace practices have significant impacts on workers. We are seeking new Organizers who will join our long-term campaign to revolutionize these workplaces.
This is an in-person, Bay Area based position. While organizing experience is certainly welcome, this position is intended to be an on-ramp for new organizers interested in gaining experience.
We are able to provide a small stipend in addition to an hourly wage.
Bilingual (English/Spanish/Hindi/Urdu) candidates are particularly encouraged to apply.
