Administrative Assistant

Based in Oakland, CA


Job Duties:
Perform all necessary functions/procedures as they are assigned to this position.


  • Provide administrative support to Business Representatives.
  • Responsible for all aspects of Contracts and Correspondence.
  • Capable to communicate verbally and written in a professional manner.
  • Answer multiple phone lines and assist members in person as well as on the phone.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.

Experience: Required Qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of experience in office/clerical, secretarial or general administrative work.
  • Knowledge and experience with various office machines
  • Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and other related applications.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a strong work ethic, be dependable, and have good interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual is a plus but not necessary.
