The DGA is currently accepting applications for an Assistant Clips Coordinator in the Residuals Processing Department, who will support the DGA's mission through a variety of administrative functions.

Through the collective voice of more than 18,000 members, the Directors Guild of America (DGA) helps empower directors and directorial teams to protect and enhance their economic and artistic rights, contend for their creative freedom, and strengthen their ability to develop meaningful, successful careers. The DGA’s members include directors and members of the directorial team across film, television, and new media.


  • Apply contract language to calculate payments due for the use of theatrical, television, and new media excerpts
  • Clear and concise email and phone communication
  • Organize data using MS Excel
  • Moderate data entry


  • Must have previous data entry experience
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills, including Word and Excel
  • Solid basic math and computation skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently


  • Familiarity with Collective Bargaining Agreements
  • Previous licensing or copyright experience a plus
  • Customer service experience
