The Chicago and Midwest Regional Joint Board (CMRJB) of Workers United (an SEIU affiliate) may be the right fit for you! The CMRJB is looking for two talented Organizers to help us organize distribution center workers at various locations throughout the Midwest. Are you up to the challenge?

  • Must live in (or be prepared to relocate to) the Midwest and be willing to travel for work
  • Must be able to work independently or with a team
  • 3-5 years of organizing experience (labor, community, student, racial justice, environmental etc.) is a big plus
  • Being bilingual is a big plus
  • Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle
  • Must demonstrate a commitment to building a member driven organization and worker power
  • Must be willing to work irregular hours (including weekends) when necessary
