Dues Representative

We are looking for a motivated Dues Representative to be the first point of contact for all members with dues related questions, requests, and concerns. The Dues Representative's responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, assisting with members related issues, resolving complaints, and processing transactions.

To be successful as a Dues Representative you should have strong customer service skills and enjoy working with people. The ideal Dues Representative should be detailed oriented, answer inquiries and resolve complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.


  • Answering phone calls and written questions, concerns, and complaints regarding a member’s dues account.
  • Providing information on membership dues, policies, processes, benefits and services.
  • Actively listening to members and identifying their needs.
  • Investigating and resolving member’s payment issues.
  • Assessing member eligibility for status changes.
  • Documenting all inquiries and maintaining accurate membership records.


  • Customer service experience required.
  • Collection experience beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Computer literate. Proficient in Word, Excel and Nitro Pro
