We are a small consulting firm based in Ohio looking for the right fit to grow our team. One public face of this work is www.poweryourcommunity.org.
Seeking an aggressively curious individual to work collaboratively on a broad array of tasks including building and maintaining relationships, data analytics, strategic advising, education, and project consulting.
Must be passionate about renewable energy as a priority for America’s future. Must be passionate about labor unions’ role in improving a community.
The following skills and experience are relevant to the work; the successful candidate may be a generalist with a broad base in many of these, or may be more focused with specific skills in a few.

- Understand the political, economic, and regulatory mechanisms involved in utility-scale electricity generation and transmission.
- Understand local politics and power dynamics at the level of counties and townships.
- Understand the labor movement’s history and how unions work.
- Previous work in issues around labor, climate, or energy.
