Executive Assistant to the President

Based in Albany, NY


Position Summary:
The incumbent will provide confidential administrative support to the President and other elected officials. The duties will include responding to routine inquiries, coordination of travel arrangements, scheduling and organizing meetings, and handling questions from PEF members.

Qualifications:

  • Thorough knowledge of general office practices and procedures
  • Communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with members and elected officials
  • Demonstrated competency in accurate word processing skills; shorthand may be required

Salary:
$52,967 (may increase based on experience)and PEF offers exceptional employer paid benefits.
