SUMMARY:  Two year training program which, if successfully completed will lead to automatic promotion to the position of Organizer I.

Under direction of Organizing Director, provides substantive assistance in conduct of organizing drives, may be assigned to lead small  organizing drives, assist in evaluation and selection of organizing targets and in assigning priorities to targets, conduct basic campaign research, participate in the development of strategetic plans of organizing targets, apply comprehensive campaign strategies and implement campaign tactics under direction of organizing director or field organizer. Identify, recruit and maintain organizing committee, use computer database and word processing software for purpose of data entry, analysis and reporting and generally to store, find, and retrieve information.  

Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary. Reasonability and general mathematical skills are essential.
