ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF HEALTH AND SAFETY

The Massachusetts Nurses Association (MNA) Division of Nursing/Health and Safety seeks an Associate Director

The MNA is seeking an Associate Director in the Division of Nursing/Health and Safety.  The person in this role will be accountable for carrying out activities related to safety and health including the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of the occupational health and safety program for the Association and its members.

Qualifications: Minimum two years experience in Occupational Health and Safety
Massachusetts RN license preferred. Advanced Degree in related field.
Certification in Occupational Health Nursing.
Experience in workplace consultation and in education program planning and implementation. Experience in labor negotiations related to workplace health and safety preferred
