If you’re ready for the brightest career future, join us in this excellent opportunity to showcase your talents.  We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Compliance Analyst for our Eligibility department. 


  • Create, update, maintain  a compliance tracking database to produce monthly reporting of employer new hires, terminations and replacements to identify compliance issues, perform monthly comparisons, trend analysis and identify other reporting issues
  • Create update, maintain  a compliance tracking database to produce monthly reporting of institutions layoffs and  hiring freezes
  • Review employer payroll processing procedures against collective bargaining agreement parameters
  • Review and analyze submitted payroll reports for discrepancies; verify and compare payroll records
  • Conduct monthly comparisons of plan employer participants hiring practices
  • Create tracking and various detail and summary reports
  • Work with employers regarding reporting discrepancies to resolve reporting issues and submit corrections.
  • Update Trustees on CBA compliance.
  • Catalog all reports and records and maintain documents for arbitration review and hearings
  • Coordinate with Eligibility and Finance to ensure information is captured and loaded to member and employer records
  • Review formats of incoming files to ensure compliance
  • Coordinate tracking of Certified Nurse Aide  members in Job Security Fund License Practical Nurse  Training Programs
  • Ensure appropriate staff are trained on Fund’s process and activities 
  • Prepare additional data requests and reports as requested
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent years of experience required
  • Minimum of one (1) year database management and analysis experience  or job related experience require
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel and Access required
  • Must have working knowledge in payroll and benefit reporting experience
  • Experience maintaining and using complex databases
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with internal and external personnel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent critical thinking capabilities; ability to perform complex research and analysis
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle competing priorities 
  • Must meet performance standards including attendance and punctuality
