Job Description: Organizers in our Growth (new organizing) department at SEIU 775 help workers form unions by identifying and developing worker leaders, by supporting worker action, and by mobilizing members and the community to support a pro-worker agenda. Growth organizers work in coalitions with other unions and community groups to support low-wage worker organizing across industries and across the region and country.

Compensation: Salary and benefits are set by collective bargaining agreement, and range from $50,500 to $72,00- a year (DOE). 775 staff enjoy top notch benefits including comprehensive health benefits, major medical, dental and vision for employee and eligible dependents, domestic partner benefits, auto & cell phone allowance, ORCA Transit card, generous holidays and vacation policies, and both a pension plan and a 401(K) Plan.
